| 10:30 AM | Pick Up in Denver The buses will stop at the Wooly Mammoth Park-N-Ride to pick up Denver participants before heading to Black Hawk |
| 11:30 AM | Arrive in Black Hawk |
| 3:45 PM | Meet at Buses in Black Hawk |
| 4:30 PM | Drop Off in Denver (Wooly Mammoth Park-N-Ride) |
| 6:00 PM | Drop Off at AASC Office |
