As electric vehicle (EV) adoption accelerates across Colorado, residents increasingly expect access to reliable charging where they live. With 80% of EV charging happening at home, multifamily properties have historically lagged behind, leaving both tenants and property owners without access to this essential, cost‑saving amenity.


This educational webinar is designed for property managers, regional managers, and ownership groups seeking clear, practical guidance on how to bring EV charging to their communities. Biography: Described as the strategic connector and partnership builder working at the intersection of EV charging, multimodal mobility, and community impact.

 

As the Director of Strategic Growth at EVICO, Mikey supports local governments, multifamily communities, and organizations unlocking the funding, technical support, and long-term planning they need to bring equitable EV charging to life. 

Name: Benjamin Lynch | CEO

Organization: EVICO

 

Biography: Ben leads EVICO, a Colorado-based EVSE company, focused on the development, maintenance, and long-term performance of EV charging infrastructure. His work spans public charging, fleet charging, multifamily communities, and commercial properties throughout Colorado.

 

Over the past several years, Ben has worked across nearly every stage of EV charging projects, from site assessments and design coordination to construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance, and field support.

Name: Zahra Al-Saloom | Program Manager, MFH EV Charging

Organization: Colorado Energy Office

 

Biography: Zahra Al-Saloom (she/hers) is a Program Manager under the Colorado Energy Office’s Transportation team. She co-manages the Charge Ahead Colorado program; this program provides grant funding for community-based Level 2 and DC fast charging.

 

She leads the State’s multifamily housing EV charging efforts, aiming to reduce barriers for multifamily properties, including income-qualified housing, to ensure that MFH residents are charging where they live. Zahra obtained her Masters of Arts in Political Science, specializing in Environmental Policy and Comparative Politics, at Colorado State University (Go Rams!).
