As part of your AASC membership, you now have access to free leases provided by CAA. If you have 50 or fewer units, this is a great resource for you! Simply visit the AASC website and click the Residential Lease Form Center to get started.

This is just one of the many benefits of being an AASC member. The Residential Lease Form Center offers CAA members access to standard Colorado Residential Leases and Demand for Compliance forms. Members with 50 or fewer units can "purchase" a free subscription to these forms—no credit card required.

To access the forms:

  1. Make sure you're an AASC member in good standing with 50 or fewer units.
  2. Agree to the terms of use by signing up for the free subscription.
  3. Once completed, you'll have access to the Form Center.

If you don’t have an account with CAA yet, here’s how to get started:

  1. Click the Join button.
  2. Select Create an Account and fill in your details.
  3. Enter the information linked to your AASC membership.
  4. Click Save and Continue.
  5. Finally, click Link Business Account to connect your AASC and CAA accounts.
