Get your questions answered! Learn from the Colorado Springs Police Department Crime Prevention Team on how to de-escalate a hostile situation before it becomes harmful to you and others! In this class you will learn verbal techniques and body language to defuse a situation before it becomes physical; calming a hostile person to prevent violent behavior with an option for live role play scenarios.
