Evaluating Security Deposits Issues Like a Pro
This presentation teaches Property Managers how to analyze when they should, and should not, withhold a security deposit by measuring the likelihood of being "on the right side of zero." Learn about what charges are supported by the statute, what charges in your lease are enforceable, what is considered "normal wear & tear," when you should return the deposit, and the costly consequences of wrongly withholding a security deposit.
This class is accredited for 2 hours of Continuing Education credit with the Colorado Real Estate Commission.
