AASC Cares for CityServe Day Oct
Age Requirements: Ages 14+. Adult supervision required for minors.
Is this project appropriate for those with limited mobility? No
What to expect at this project: The Salvation Army Colorado Springs Corps provides both spiritual ministry and social services to people in need. Volunteers will be assisting with indoor and outdoor beautification projects and will be divided into teams - cleaning, sorting and organizing the food pantry; winterizing garden beds; sanding and staining benches; cleaning vacant living units, or other projects.

What to wear: Work/garden gloves, weather-appropriate clothing, closed-toe shoes, and eye protection if you plan to sand/stain
What to bring: Your smile and a water bottle. Optional Donations - clean, used clothing or NEW toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap, feminine hygiene products)
Where to park: Please park in any open spots in the main parking lots or utilize street parking anywhere in the surrounding neighborhood.
Where to meet: In the gym, enter through the front doors
