Saddle up and sparkle! Get ready for an unforgettable night at our 'Rhinestone Rodeo' Silent Auction on November 9th. Bid on dazzling items, take home your treasures, and help support our incredible cause!
Welcome to the RHINESTONE RODEO!
timeline:
- Online Auction Site Launches
- Monday, November 6th at 5pm
- "Rhinestone Rodeo" Silent Auction
- Thursday, November 9th from 5pm - 8pm
- Bidding Closes In-Person & Online
- Thursday, November 09 at 7:30pm
item pickup:
- If you are the winner you can pick up your items at the event on November 09, at 8pm.
- If you are not attending the event, you can pick up items from the AASC Office (1365 Garden of the Gods Rd., Suite #120) on November 13th after 9 am.
Request for Donations:
We are in need of donated items for this year's event. Please drop off any items to the AASC Office by November 8th at 5pm.
PROPERTY BASKET COMPETITION:
All AASC Properties & Management Companies are encouraged to donate a basket to this year's Silent Auction. The winning basket will receive breakfast or lunch from our sponsor.
NOT SURE WHAT TO DONATE?
Donate money directly, and the AASC Staff will purchase items on your behalf, and you will still receive recognition!
You can also donate directly to Greccio Housing. All donations received will go directly to Greccio Housing and the great work they are doing in the Colorado Springs community!
