Colorado Maintenance Mania is a high-energy, fast-paced competition that brings together the top maintenance professionals from across the state for a day of exciting challenges and friendly competition. This annual event showcases the skills and talents of these hard-working individuals who keep our buildings, homes, and communities running smoothly.
Participants will go head-to-head in a series of timed events, examples include: changing out a toilet tank, installing a ceiling fan, and replacing an electrical switch or outlet. These events require skill, speed, and accuracy, and participants will be judged on their time, quality of work, and safety practices.
In addition to the competition, there will be a trade show featuring some of the latest products and technologies in the maintenance industry. Attendees can meet with vendors, learn about new tools and equipment, and network with other professionals in the field.
