Occasionally, a situation can be so out of the norm that it is hard to understand if anyone’s expectations are within reason or has there been a complete lapse in understanding what we can control within the four walls of the leasing office. This class will provide a walkthrough of how to best handle difficult situations and difficult people with the overall goal being a satisfaction for all parties involved. This class with be centered around both customer service and how to manage expectations.

We live in a fast-paced ever-changing world. We are being asked to do more with less and in less time than ever before. It is a workplace imperative that we become efficient and effective in all our tasks. However, we do not need another way to create a to-do list. We need instead to focus on improving prioritization and eliminating distractions in our daily work. In this workshop, we will discuss the importance of focusing on the tasks that truly matter, the importance of delegation, and how to prioritize our tasks. It is time we stop feeling overwhelmed and start feeling in control of our calendar.

10:15AM - 11:15AM
