Your mission is to enlist new members to AASC! Those Jedis that recruit new members will be rewarded, see how below:

How Do I Get Credit/Points For New Members I Refer?

Simple! When the new member fills out the AASC application online, they must put down your name in the Application where it asks: "If a Current Member Referred You, Please Specify Below."  

How Can I Recruit?

There are lots of ways to recruit new members. Here are a few resources & templates -

Step 1:

Step 2:

CONVERSATION STARTER: I noticed that your community is not a member of our association, so I wanted to reach out to you and tell you more about our association and how membership can greatly benefit not only you but your team and ultimately your owners. Are you familiar with the Apartment Association of Southern Colorado? [PAUSE FOR ANSWER]

  • IF YES: Continue with Step 3
  • IF NO: I’d love to tell you more about our association! The Apartment Association of Southern Colorado is a regional trade association dedicated to promoting and advancing the needs of the rental housing industry. Our members are a collection of residential property management companies, managers and owners of multifamily properties, apartment communities, and industry supplier companies. Your membership allows our association to advocate at all levels of government, provide quality education, and foster numerous opportunities for career development.

  • 1-49 UNITS $6.00 PER UNIT/DOOR & $160 BASE FEE
  • 50-99 UNITS $5.25 PER UNIT/DOOR & $160 BASE FEE
  • 100+ UNITS $5.00 PER UNIT/DOOR & $205 BASE FEE
