Tonya Robedeau
Human Resources & Sales, Old World Construction, Inc.
DBA Old World Restoration & Carpet Cleaning
Colorado Springs, CO
I serve as the Human Resources and Sales lead at Old World Construction, Inc., a roofing and restoration company based in Colorado Springs, CO. While I’ve officially been with the company for two years, my connection to the industry runs much deeper through my husband—the company’s general manager—and years of personal involvement.
I hold state certifications in Supervision and Human Resources through the Mountain States Employment Council in Denver. With a background in social work, I’ve always been driven by a desire to help others. That passion continues today through my work in employee support, customer relationships, and community outreach. I also lead athletic fundraising efforts at my son’s high school and stay involved in local initiatives whenever possible.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to two sons (ages 26 and 14) and two energetic fur babies who help keep life busy and joyful. NWIR and other associations give me the opportunity to connect with other people in the Roofing & Restoration industries who value mentorship, growth, and giving back—just like I do.
