Event Details:

• Date: August 29
• Time: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Location: AASC Offices

All registered supplier members will receive the booth contract and layout before the kickoff. Suppliers will be randomly selected to choose their booth location based on their attendance at the kickoff event.

Important Notes:

• Once a booth has been selected, your company must submit a completed contract and full payment to secure the spot.
• If the contract and payment are not submitted, the booth will be released to the AASC membership on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once AASC receives your completed contract and full payment, your exhibitor booth will be secured for the 2026 Education Conference & Trade Show.
