Professional Bio
Mrs. Foley joined the Apartment Association of Southern Colorado (AASC) in February 2024 as Events & Education Manager. A Colorado native, she has been planning and executing events of all sizes since 2015 and brings extensive experience in event logistics, budgeting, and working closely with members and sponsors.
In her role, Codi oversees AASC’s signature events, education programs, certifications, and sponsorship initiatives, supporting meaningful engagement across the association. Outside of work, she is a proud mom to one daughter and enjoys all things nerdy, especially when food is involved.
