Amanda DeMarco

Amanda DeMarco brings more than 15 years of experience in housing, land development, construction, and association management to her work with the Apartment Association of Southern Colorado. She supports the organization’s membership, government affairs, financial operations, strategic planning, and board and committee initiatives, while helping connect members with the resources, relationships, and advocacy efforts that strengthen the rental housing industry.

A Colorado Springs native, Amanda has spent much of her career working in and around the housing and development sectors and has a strong interest in thoughtful growth, land use, and public policy. She is passionate about building collaborative relationships with members, community partners, and regional leaders and contributing to conversations that support a strong, livable Southern Colorado.
