Celebrating the best in the industry in Southern Colorado
The Apartment Association of Southern Colorado's Peak Awards is a bi-annual event to recognize outstanding companies & individuals in our industry! Prestigious & memorable, this event is an elegant dinner and a fully staged awards program along with the Installation of our 2022-2023 Board of Directors.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Nominations and award submissions are non-transferable. Participants, companies, and properties will be listed in the award program and on the awards EXACTLY as they appear on the official nomination form. Please ensure spelling is accurate.
AASC reserves the right to alter or combine any categories at their discretion. In addition, they may choose not to present an award in categories receiving less than the minimum submissions.
Nominations close November 1, 2021 **Deadline Extended: November 10, 2021**
JUDGING
Impartial judges and panelists will evaluate submissions.
Judges will be selected from outside Colorado Springs and within the property management industry.

ELIGIBILITY
Nominees must be an employee and/or member company of AASC in good standing.
WHO CAN NOMINATE?
Those nominating individuals/companies for the 2022 Peak Awards must be a member of the Apartment Association of Southern Colorado (AASC) in good standing.

Self-nominations are accepted.
HOW TO NOMINATE?
Nomination Fee: $75 - Individual I $100 - Company
You will be asked for the following information:
Billing information for the individual/company nominating
The category the nomination is for
Name, Company, & Contact Information for the Individual or Company being nominated
Once you've completed this process, you will receive an e-mail confirming your nomination as well as your nomination invoice.

The members of AASC invite and encourage you to join! By working together, we can achieve our mission to maintain and enhance our industry as a whole.
All membership applications for the AASC must be approved by the Board of Directors. All memberships are company based and individuals cannot join AASC.
