Colorado recently passed new legislation making “Source of Income” a protected class from discrimination in housing.  Attorney Brandon Ceglian will get you up to speed on what you need to know to navigate this new law and what other landlord/tenant legislation and policies are trending.

Brandon Ceglian is an attorney and owner of CeglianLaw, P.C. in Littleton, Colorado.  Established in 2008, the firm’s practice focuses primarily on residential and commercial flat fee evictions, property management issues and legal defense, real estate, HOA and collections. 

The firm’s eviction practice spans from El Paso to Greeley along the front range and into mountain communities, including Fremont and Eagle Counties.

CeglianLaw, PC has been a Supplier Member with the Apartment Association of Southern Colorado since 2016.

Mr. Ceglian is published author on a variety of legal topics and a frequent speaker on landlord/tenant law and property management in Colorado.  In addition to other awards, Mr. Ceglian was voted Best of the Best attorney by Colorado Community Media in 2014, 2016, and 2018.
