There have been some changes to the Trade Show scheduled for August 25th, please see details below for complete information on what to expect!
**Trade Show attendance is limited strictly to Owner/Operators & Exhibiting Supplier member companies.**
Trade Show Schedule
8:30 am – Registration Opens
9:00 am – Trade Show Floor Opens
11:00 am – 1:00 pm – Boxed Lunches Available for those with Full Access Tickets
12:00 pm – Keynote Presentation
3:00 pm – Giveaways
COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES
This event has been approved by the El Paso County Health Department as long as certain precautions are taken. See AASC requirements and safety plan for all in-person events and those extra requirements that will be in place during the Trade Show.
COVID SAFETY PLAN FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS
COVID PRECAUTIONS FOR TRADE SHOW (ATTENDEES & EXHIBITORS)
Attendees will be required to select staggered arrival times when registering. The time slots available are as following:
9:00AM - 11:00AM (Limit: 125 attendees)
11:00AM - 1:00PM (Limit: 125 attendees)
1:00PM - 3:00PM (Limit: 125 attendees)
FULL ACCESS TICKETS - $75
Access to the Trade Show Floor, access to all live & recorded webinars, and a boxed lunch the day of the Trade Show.
LIMITED ACCESS TICKETS - $45
Access to the Trade Show Floor and access to all live & recorded webinars.
There will be two opportunities to win CA$H prizes at the 2020 Trade Show! All you have to do is visit the booths on your game card (given at registration) *You do not need to be present to win*

IMPORTANT EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Pipe & Drape will not be provided for any booths in the show this year. Each booth will come with a 6' skirted table and two chairs.
Exhibitors will have 6' physical distancing in between each booth.
The booths in front of Section 204 - Section 209 as well as those inside the Entrance Gates are covered. All other booths will not have a cover and are strongly encouraged to bring a pop-up/tent/etc for shade and/or cover.
