  • 1-49 units: $6.25 per unit plus $160 base fee
  • 50-99 units: $5.50 per unit plus $160 base fee
  • 100 units: $5.25 per unit plus $205 base fee

Independent Rental Owner (IRO)

Independent Rental Owners (IRO) are individuals that self-manage a small (100 units or less) rental housing portfolio. IRO members of AASC have the same member benefits and advantages as traditional apartment community members.
