Do you love Chili as much as us? Visit over 30 booths with various themes and costumes to help judge and find the best Red, Green, & Specialty Chili!
Education Conference & Trade Show
AASC's Annual Trade Show is the Association’s largest event of the year. This event hosts a wide range of education programs for all levels, inspiring keynote address, and trade show full of fun and networking with quality suppliers.
Golf Tournament
The Annual Golf Tournament has proven to be one of the longest running and most enjoyable events that AASC offers its members. This event is one of the best opportunities for corporate and property personnel, as well as suppliers, to become acquainted and to build valuable relationships while enjoying a relaxed, easy- going game of golf.
Holiday Luncheon
The Holiday Luncheon is always a member favorite event with over 400 attendees enjoying food, hot chocolate, and celebrating the season. Sometimes there are even some costumes - this a great event of networking fun that you will truly not want to miss!
pac fundraisers
Both the Wine & Bourbon Tasting events bring together AASC members and elected officials to network. These events raise funds for the Political Action Committee (PAC) which assists the apartment industry in having a stronger voice in legislative and electoral processes both locally and at the state level.
Peak Awards
Celebrate the industry’s top professionals at the most prestigious event of the year! This event brings together all AASC members to recognize the outstanding achievements of the industry with over 20 award categories celebrating professionals, companies, and communities.
Silent Auction
