Kristin Goodwin

Brigadier General (Ret.) Kristin Goodwin is a trailblazing leader, executive advisor, and former Chief of Staff for Space Operations Command in the U.S. Space Force. As the first female Bomb Wing Commander in Air Force history, she has led thousands of space and cyber professionals across the globe and now channels that expertise into guiding organizations through complex AI and technology transformations.

Through her firm, The Delta-v, LLC, Kristin advises boards and CEOs on strategy, cybersecurity, risk, and organizational change.

A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and George Washington University, Kristin is also a Certified Executive Coach and Positive Intelligence Practitioner. Beyond her professional achievements, she is an Ironman finisher, marathon runner, scuba diver, and proud mother of two daughters.
